Kate Perry aka RED CHALK

My first ever mate in Melbourne, Kate Perry is not only a great friend, but a wonderful illustrator, children’s wear designer and graphic designer.

Kate’s range of fabulous kidswear ‘Red Chalk’ plays to grown ups and their inner child. Images of sea gulls stealing chips, ants taking away crumbs and nursery rhyme newspaper prints evoke feelings of fun, mischief and cheekiness, in a very sophisticated and intelligent way. Kate doesn't design for baby babies; she’s designing for mums and dads with flair who want to clothe their mini people in gender neutral and striking gear.
