Eight colours of fun!

The new viral advertising campaign for smarties is fantastic. A favourite childhood treat, we love that the colours have remained the same, regardless of colour trends and food fashion changes. The genius agency behind the idea is JWT in Sydney. They have matched the eight colours with a child and an artist to produce an artwork, all of which are documented on YouTube. There is a dance performance choreographed by a Sydney Dance Company dancer, a song about a new underwater family for project blue and a pink planet. A very clever way to bring colour, collaboration and creativity together. The stories are touching and its so nice to see the artists rethinking their usual practise.
