Rob Ryan

Rob Ryan is a modern day romantic, a realistic one. His works if full of whimsical thoughts, delicate phrases of hate, love, loss, fear and fantastical dreams. His paper cuts are everyday fairy tales, which make you want to run and jump with joy and cry with the deepest of pain. I purchased a screen print on his in London a few years back at Shelf, and also received his book ‘This is for you’ as a gift, a great one to pick up and get carried away with. He opened a shop last year called Ryantown, on Columbia Road which is well worth a look.
